Ice cream Sundae, pink and sparkly.

Almost good enough to eat, yum.



Added lots of glitter and faux stitching.

Recipes - flower soft, topper.
Square doily
Pink backing paper from LOTV.
Glossy accents and a variety of glitters.
Faux stitching and pearls.
gem swirl, flowers and gems.
stickles star dust.

Holiday with Dad, Brusho, stamps and ribbon.

Back with Brusho.
Love the blues and i think it looks like water.






ingredients are;
5x7 card.
watercolour card,
brusho's,
indigoblu birds stamp the other was free from a magazine.
black grosgrain ribbon and black seam binding with twine.
black card for matting.
die cut DAD.

MDF Book with Secret Draw, Mixed Media Project with Lindsay Mason.

Hi Everyone, just thought i would share a workshop make, as had a really busy week at work and no time to craft.
Had a lovely day with the talented Lindsay Mason.
At Daisys- http://www.daisysjewelsandcrafts.co.uk
We made this book with a secret draw.(its mdf) 
Lindsay showed us how to make it and off we went to decorate as we wished.
I used lots of embellishments from my stash, that i had been saving for a worthy cause.





I really love the way it turned out.
The textures of old pages of books make it look leather.
The Maya Paints have the most lovely colours, the hard part was choosing which colours to use, and of course my favourite gold from treasured gold. 
I also added gems and sparkle, as its a must for me.
Now looking forward to the next workshop.

Hi, thought i would make a card using these lovely stamps, i have had them some time, so easy to use and perfect for this time of year with all the birds nesting.

Happy Birthday was a free stamp from a magazine.
6x6 card, black card.
Versa color inks, Boysenberry, helioirope and bamboo.

stickles - crystal.

Tattered Lace Handbag, with glitz and sparkle, lace and flowers.

All things pretty with this handbag card.
I love the flowers and lace leaves and the chunky clear glitter on the handbag.






Ingredients are;
5x7 card,
Blush pink card embossed with Sue Wilson Heart Lattice folder.
Frame is die cut pearl card with Spellbinders - Majestic Labels 25.
Tattered Lace Handbag Die, cut in pearl card and glued iced snow glitter.
matted the bag onto a white holographic card.
ribbon roses, lace leaves
Martha Stewart punched butterflies, with a pearl and stickles.
silver butterfly
stickles, crystal around the edge of card.

Celtic Dreams Die, Glittery Butterflies.

Glittery butterflies
Thought i would do something different with my Lavinia die and make it light and lacy.







Ingredients are;
Celtic Dreams Elegance die,
Its been glittered by using embossing gel,glitter, mirco brands and clear embossing powder, heated until it all melts and any blank areas, just touched up with stickles, pink and blue.
buttons to the bodies.
matted onto a doily and a circle card.
bow.

Lindsay Mason mixed media workshop, back to front canvas.

Had a great time with Lindsay, she is a great tutor and very attentive.
She lets everybody loose to add whatever colour and embellishments they wish.
It was lovely to see how different everyones was.


Lots of great techniques and styles.


This is the colour when i brought it home(as below), but felt it needed more purple and depth, as above. Also had this pin with crown for a while and thought it would look good on the dress.
Really pleased with how it came out.




This one is Lindsays to take inspiration from.

Scenic Brusho card, with a glittery Tattered Lace Tree.

Simply Scenic card






The background scene has been made using brusho, 
The colours are, leaf green,moss green, orange, yellow and prussian blue,
They have been sprinkled in the right areas, onto canvas card from an acrylic pad, then sprayed with water.Then leave to dry.
Stamp pheasant,(free with a magazine), glitter his body then cover in glossy accents.
Cut a frame using Square Grand Spellbinders from pearl card, to fit the 7x7 card.
Tattered Lace die cut tree, coloured with distress ink,
 The leaves have been sprinkled with different grades of green glitter and micro beads,
 Then heated with clear embossing powder to keep them in place, then any gaps filled in with green stickles.
3d tree on to the card.

Stamps Happen Cat stamp with flowers and dies and sparkle.

Oh i do love this stamp, its an old one but a good one, stamps lovely.
Great cat sitting in all those pretty flowers.






The ingredients are;
Stamps Happen, Bee-Wildered. stamp.
versafine, onyx black.
Distress inks to colour in, antique linen, victorian velvet, scattered straw, shabby shutters, tattered rose, bundled sage, brushed corduroy and gathered twigs.
Stickles, star dust, diamond and yellow.
Sue Wilson dies, classic adored squares to frame image,
Sue Wilson die, 3D classic itty bitty bows,
All occasion dies, butterflies.
a few gems.
6x6 base pearl card, cut the corners off to match die.

Altered bottle. Decopatch, lace and pearls. With a bird for luck.


Hi, this bottle started life with bubble bath, but as its glass i decided to cover it.
Just love the lace and the bird.









Started by coving the glass bottle with Deco Mache Santoro,flowers and birds and decopatch glue.
Deep 8cm lace and fabric glue.
pearl drop trim and pearl square trim,
ribbon roses, leaves and pearls.
more lace around the neck, glitter and gems.
lace leaves and flowers.
white bird.
