Last Christmas cards of 2015.

Hi, well Christmas Day has been and now its Boxing Day.

Seen the family and had some lovely food.

I've had a few days off from crafting but must get back to it as i have lots to do.

I had lots of different sentiments and Christmas toppers and deep rich flowers with a glittered edge.

These 2 elements made elegant and tactile cards.

Everyone who received them, loved them.

 Some of the cards are scalloped.

Added gems and stickles to the flowers.

The flowers are velvet in texture and luxurious.

Hi, been busy today and Christmas has arrived in my house.(phew).
The Tree is up, its a big task, with to many lights and years of special baubles that i have collected from all around the world, it takes all day, but its worth it.

IndigoBlu - Blue's Look Out at Christmas with Mixed Media.

Hi Everyone, well Christmas is getting ever nearer so here is another card.

The Indigoblu Challenge inspired me, so the stamp is called blue and so is the background.

 The background has been created with distress inks.

 Glass Glittered the flowers and snowflake.

 Used meche on the swirls with gloss gel.

 This card really goes sparkle but hard to capture on photo.

Folk It Starter Kit. Card and Heart.

Hi, I've been playing with the folk it starter kit.

These are the test pieces which i will turn into cards.

Really enjoyed playing and it is as easy as it looks.

I think i prefer the black, its more striking.

The kit comes with a card and the heart, everything you need from paints to tools.

Hi Everyone.

Well today was the last workshop of 2015. (sad).

With Hels Sheridan at Daisys;

It was a lovely relaxing day and a fab canvas, with lovely ladies.

My cat also had a relaxing day, this is how much she missed me.

 I decided to do a soft colour as I've been bold lately.

The great thing about Hels is we can do any colour and nothing is wrong.

I added a key, natural fibres and stickles once home and gold gilding wax.

We used all things Tim Holtz.

Distress Paints, texture paste, stencils, dies and inks.

Well will be back to Christmas cards tomorrow and i will blog some of them soon.

Stamps are numeral clocks pre cut set and burnished key pre cut set,

the dies are once upon a time and burnished key.

seam binding and twine tied in a male bow, twine on tag.

happy birthday die, free from a magazine, with the border cut off.

DI to colour in stamped images and they have all been either crackled or glossy accents,
