Going for gold, indigoblu mr darcy , spellbinders gold majestic circles, frantage, engraving art, velvet paper

My gold medal on a card,

A bit closer.

l saw the indigoblu challenge a few weeks ago and set to work on going for gold.
l wanted to do a medal with gilding flakes,
so with my favourite stamp, from Mr Darcy,
i stamped it with sepia ink and flitter glue, i always do this incase i miss with the glue and i get a cleaner image, used lancester rose flakes.
added frantage, pink and white,
inka gold around edges,
coloured the flowers with 3 different pink distress inks,
added frontage crushed glass glitter to centres ,
then cut it to fit spellbinders gold majestic circles, which is cut from engraving art foil board then sanded.
i was going to just hang it by a ribbon but it didn't look right, it took me a while to decided what to do so used a craftwork cards shaped card and covered it with black velvet paper to show off my medal.
My medal is to all women.
