Powertex frame, mixed media project.

Hi.
Todays share is Powertex.
Liquid Sculpting Medium.
Its a wooden frame, painted with ivory powertex.
The fabric, lace, cardboard, die cuts and other bits and pieces have had the liquid worked into them, then they stick to the frame.

Once the frame and elements are all coated, i spritzed with powertex bister, blue and brown.
 Then dried with a hair dryer.

When dry, i used the pigment, bronze to highlight the elements.
To finish a few gems, a pearl and stickles star dust to add some sparkle. Which its a shame but the photos do not show the sparkle, which is really pretty.

This is my first play with powertex at home.
I did a few workshops at the NEC a few weeks ago, but nothing like this.
This was a good learning curb and i think next time i will do better.
I really struggled with the pigments in the spray bottles, they just kept blocking.
If i can sort the bottles out i will get a better finish.
The lace butterfly and flowers have dried hard and look really great, will do this again on other projects, as the torn cardboard and hessian.
Other items used are, muslin, Powertex 3D balls small and medium, chipboard shapes.

Would like to enter these challenges;
which gave me a good push to use my powertex and i now want to make another one.
